About CSA
Who We Are
The Chesapeake Sailing Association is a small friendly singles club with about 60
members. The club was founded more than 20 years ago. Most of our members
live in the greater Baltimore area. Our sailing is done mostly north of the Bay Bridge. .
We are a sailing club, not a sailing school. While you will probably learn some
sailing skills on our trips, sail training is not our focus. We encourage non sailors to
take lessons at a sailing school.

Our Interests
Sailing is the shared interest that brought our members together. That is our
main spring, summer and fall activity. We do enjoy our occasional party as well.
In the Summer we have a club picnic and other get togethers. In winter we
schedule one big party and several smaller ones.

Sailing Arrangements
Currently we have about 12 members with sailboats. The non-boat owners in
the club are considered available crew. Through a Yahoo Groups site skippers
arrange with available crew for day and weekend sails
